OK, this might sound daft, but does everyone need to use sports bras? Even if you have really small breasts (32 A)? I regularly take Swedish gympa lessons, that involve a little bit of running, a little bit of jumping and some strenght routines, normally I take a wired cotton bra, and I feel fine, but I'd really like to know if this OK for my boobies. ;-)
Thanks!

I wear one but then I am a 36D, so there would be a lot of jiggling otherwise.
I am not sure about the health aspect of it, but if you feel secure in your bra then it should be fine.
I wish some of the women in my gym would maybe consider investing in a sports bra, some of them look in danger of putting an eye out!

Erm, the 'official' advice is that yes, you should use a sports bra, however small you are.
They still move about a lot even if they're not very big, and any damage done to the ligaments supporting your breasts can never be repaired, so I would definitely recommend you get one.

Gossard do a very good sports bra, you can find it on the JJB Sports website.

I like the 'shock absorber' bra's - very comfy!

If you go to lessbounce.com, you can put in your bra size and what you want it for (comfort, most support, etc) and it gives you a list of bras they recommend!

I wear one, but I have to really or I'd get black eyes every time I exercised.
I vote for shock absorbers too.
