Do you like all vegetables?

I love all veg, especially broccoli and spinach, nice green ones but my OH is really fussy - if it isnt green, round and shaped like a pea, he isnt interested! I have actually managed to get him eating broccoli and cauliflower recently, he will eat carrots but only raw :wik:

My latest veg thing is Swede, it's lovely!.

This is after being officially put off it through school dinners in the Seventies. How did they make it taste so bad?

I will eat pretty much any vegetable (in fact, I prefer veggies to fruit), but DH will only eat tinned peas and carrots (and I can get away with peppers in bolognaise/chilli etc)

As you can imagine this, limits my cooking options somewhat.

Not too keen on peppers but apart from that I can't think of any that I'd tuen my nose up at!

I pretty much eat any vegetables and will try anything once. My H is really fussy though and will only eat peas, carrots, brocolli and potatoes. He likes mushrooms and a little bit of onion but not much else.

I like them all except brussel sprouts and avocados (if you count that as a veg.) My absolute favourite is artichokes! I need to live in France!

Cabbage is bad for me, don't know why, but it makes me feel like this :zombie:

And I don't like celery a lot, but I'm getting around my aversion by adding it to soups and then whizzing everything up (so I don't see it :loco: )

ETA: eating Swede has a totally different connotation if you live in Sweden! :teehee:

I love all veg my least fav is celery but I wil eat it. I love spinach and peas and my fav is steamed brocali.
I haven't actually had fennel, artichoke, celeriac or chicory so I must get round to trying them one day.
