Date for my C-section!

Bean will be here on 8th May!

Which also happens to be my birthday & the day I had tickets for Take That!!! Putting the tickets on eBay & am gutted, but I decided to leave it up to fate & go with whatever date they came back with.

Plus the Chinese side of the family are happy as 8 is a lucky number.

So I won't get a birthday again for another 20 odd years, but WOW what a birthday present this year!!! (Apart from the being cut in half part...!) :grin:

WOW! less than a week to go and she'll be here!, I wish you all the best!. Don't forget to take a V shaped pillow into hospital for your stay, I never knew how much I'd need mine when I had a CS before; one thing I was really glad of!.

ps do you need any 0-3 baby clothes. seriously i have LOADS so if you do - babygrows,vests, no outfits, just chilling at home stuff ;-) then PM me. i'd ask for postage but if you want it, you can have it!

I've got so much stuff, at the last count i think i had 32 0-3 vests :shock: which are becoming slightly too short for her in the body so will be moving up a size soon anyhoo.

It's so weird to think we have just a few days then our lives are going to change forever! We'll meet Bean!! And get to cuddle her & look at her!!! It's mindblowing! :brainache: :dizzy::laff:

PV - thanks for the PM & offer! I just bought a big bundle of baby clothes off eBay a couple of weeks ago (£50 for 130 items!!! Bargain!) so I'm all set for 0-3months for now.

That is my task du jour - sorting through all the clothes & putting them in size order & getting together everything we'll need for the hospital. I have no idea how many clothes she'll need for say 3-4 days in hosp so I'm just going to get everything ready, take a bundle, then send DH back & forth with the dirties & to pick up more clean stuff! So exciting!!! :grin:
