Could you please sign up here if you are going to stay at the hotel? Rates are in the Photo forum thread.

Once you sign up, please PM me your full name, address & tel no & I will pass it on to the hotel to book the room. They can then contact you directly to sort out a deposit. This way we get the group booking discount but I amnot liable if anyone drops out.

Does that make sense?! :brainache:

I'm signing up (for the Saturday night only now) but...I'm guessing that the rate for double occupancy won't accommodate a double bed, single bed and cot? Not sure if they even do family rooms?

Anymore for the hotel? I have 10 rooms reserved atm. I really need to know by Sunday at the latest as I am off on me jollies on Monday :ellie:

They do have cots BL & can get more from their other hotels if needs be. I'm sure 2 in 1 room will be fine. I will check when I book it. xx

Right Pikes, BlueKat and I are definitely going to share a twin room, if you could reserve that for us that would be great (happy to do it myself if better - a bit confused at the mo!). And we'll def. need 2 travel cots, as we are travelling by train...

righty just reread your post pikes and it says you're going to book. great. although i may have to phone and pay my bit by card in advance as I need to spread the cost of this or there's no way I'll afford it (sick of being skint always - ho hum!)

Right, I will wait until Sunday to confirm the rooms. Anyone else after that may miss out on the group rate I got us.

So we have:

Pikey + 1 cot
Noo Noo family room + cot
Jules + cot
Pancake + cot
BL & BK twin + 2 cots

I will let you know how they want paying on Sunday :smile:
