Which broadband provider do you use and how much does it cost per month? Thinking of switching when we move house this week - been looking at madasafish - anyone have it? Currently with Virgin at £24.99 pm but there's way better deals out there now!

Well, we're with Wanadoo 1Mbps, 2gb limit (which we've never exceeded) for £17.99 p/m. We've been on this since Jan 05, so are well out of contract, but we just can't decide who else to go with! I suppose because we've never had any problems with it, it's a case of better the devil you know.

We are with Talk Talk for our home phone, and are seriously considering their free braodband for life offer, but once you're in, you're in for 18mths, and it costs £70 to get out early. However, it looks too good to be true (and they usually are). We've heard a few bad reports about their broadband being slow at times, and what would it be like with thousands of extra subscribers?

Hmmm, very confusing! Have you got any ideas?

Have a look at www.adslguide.org.

I'd sit tight before going with TalkTalk. There's a big move going on among telephony providers to come up with packages. Vodafone is looking at buying Tiscali UK, NTL has bought Virgin Mobile - expect to see more of that kind of consolidation, which will lead to deals being offered for packages of broadband/mobile/voice and possibly multi-channel TV.

talk talk is not avaible everywhere in the country thats the main catch if bt still hold the exchnges then you cant get free talk talk. and i have heard nothing but bad things about talktalk broadband, i am with them for the fone and holding off getting thier broadband. also when looking at download limits on the providers look for fair usage amount as most have that so they are not really unlimited.
