Well OH and I attended Lorna's first parents evening at the nursery on Wednesday :teehee:

I must say I wasn't really expecting much tbh although it had been billed as this big cheese and wine extravaganza :zombie:

Well as I already knew, Lorna is doing fine at nursery and progressing well in all areas of development, social, emotional and physical.

The only thing it appears she cannot do with ease is match up snap cards, oh the shame  She's got two packs of snap cards at home but prefers to either eat them or rip them up into confetti :loco:

She's not going to be too happy though as she's getting moved into the tweenies room in June  She hates it in that room. I think it's because she's not used to it and also because she doesn't really know the girls that work in that room. However she will be taken along for an hour at a time each day and then for a bit longer in the build up to her move.

Also she's not moving alone, she's going with her beu Euan :lurve: and her buddy Lucy :cheer2:

By eck, the trials and tribulations of toddlerhood :faint:

Well all I can say is that Dylan would not know what to do with snap cards at all. His favourite game right now is chucking his toys around the room.

I am glad that she is doing well. She is getting so big now. I wouldn't like being in the tweenies room either tho as I find Bella a little bit to much of a bully

So was the wine nice then?

Snap Cards???? At her age, come on, all toddlers that age want to do is either eat them or throw them on the floor :nod:

Sounds like Lorna is doing great Jane, and I am sure once she starts going into the bigger room and gets used to it and the girls in there a bit more she will love it :clap:

I'm very proud but as for practicing snap.......... no chance. I don't think she possesses two of anything in the deck anymore. There's bits of cards strewn all over the house!!

And you really are you're namesake missus!!! I've only just figured out you're Miriam :ellie: :ellie: :ellie: :ellie: :ellie:

I missed you sooooooooooooooooooo much!!!!!!
