Does this sound right??

I'm about to do a recipe for leek and potato soup, using 2.8 litres of veg stock. This means using 14 veg oxo cubes - does that sounds right? It just seems like ever such a lot of them! :huh:

Crikey - that does sound I lot! I use knor stock cubes which make 450ml so that would be 6 of them which still seems loads! I'd probably only use 2 of my kind so perhaps 4 of yours :huh:

Yeah, that's what I thought, but these Oxo ones only make up 190ml (which I rounded up to 200ml). Ach well, tastes good anyway! :grin:

Yeah, it is! More than I thought, but I don't see the point of doing small batches, so I tend to make huge pans of the stuff and freeze it. :yes:
