Says it all really, the amount of this stuff he put away tonight, and sucked probably manky old stuff out of the squirty toys I wouldn't be at all surprised if it doesn't have a disasterous effect on his tummy.

Oh the joys of parenthood! Anyone else have a guzzler? and if so, any disasterous outcomes?

Dixie puts her mouth in the bathwater too, and has a good old slurp :lol:

She also like when we fill up her little inflatable ducks with water then squirt water out of the little hole, at her face - she sits there with her mouth open and her tongue out trying to catch it all :mad:

Lexie does this too. She is still in one of those tummy tub things and she just hunches herself down as low as she can go and sticks her tounge out (she has an alarmingly long tongue, she will be popular when she grows up ;) ) and laps at it. Sometimes this means that the water comes up to just above her eyebrows so you have to keep grabbing her and hauling her upwards.

Sam's another guzzler. He seems to find it hilariously funny! He also likes sucking water from the flannel and the sponge.

Alfie is another one that drinks the bath water, he puts it in his baot and has a good old drink

He also likes to wash his face and splashes it everywhere, he has seen me do this, so alot often goes in his mouth then

Lexie tried this again last night - managed to get her face underwater and inhale before I could stop her. Once she'd stopped coughing and spluttering, she decided to be inconsolable and had to be removed for emergency cuddles.

Didn't stop her trying again tonight though. Sheesh!

Another bathwater guzzler here - and he even sits there with a grin on his face saying "Jamie's drinking bathwater - BAD for you" :D.....
He's totally loopy and I blame the bathwater for that ;-)

Oh how could I forget the sponge sucking (probably because daddy usually does his bath while I'm on here :teehee: )
Also, when we wipe his face with a damp cloth after lunch/supper he insists on grabbing that and having a good suck/chew :sick:

id forgotten til now but i used to do it too - drink bath water, i mean!
ben doesnt really drink it yet but laughs with his mouth wide open while splashing and gets a fair amount in there!
