And make garlic bread out of it?

Can I:

Or am I just being stingy :fight: .

I am needing to do a use up tonight - so thought I would make courgette souffle, with a large salad and garlic bread. It will have to be new pots if the vote on the garlic bread is  . :happyno:

My rationale is that the butter and garlic will make the bread nice and soft so it won't seem so stale .

Opinions please!

I think it will work but may be extra crunchy on the outside - so be careful of it on your false teeth ;)

When you say stale how stale is it? you can always reduce the "crunchy" outside problem by sprinkling it with water and wrapping in foil will stop the crunchiness anyway.
I'd go for it but I'm not that fussy :laff:

The courgette souffle is the easiest thng in the world Kat, will give you the recipe - the souffle is a bit of a misnomer as it's reaqlly more of a bake.8) 8)

Sorry for terrible typing, fighting Tallulah off.
