Am applying for a job within my current school for a semi managment position.
Don't think I will get it but applying anyway and hoping they will see my potential (struggling to think of any but must think positive!)

Means more money but more stress and longer hours and possibly having to run 2 cars eeekk!!

I really want it but think they will reject on the basis of my history here.

Any vibes this week will be appreciated!
