advice needed re going to college and help with childcare costs etc

right quick background 31 year old, married, 3 children 8,3,21 months.

I would like to go to college to do hairdressing which is a fulltime course and would need childcare for my youngest which would work out about £500 a month.

We really cant afford that sort of money and was wondering if anyone knows where i can get some financial help from xx

Have a look on the Student Finance information on direct.gov. I do a full-time teaching course and get a childcare grant to help with childcare costs - there'll be more information on there anyway. It might depend on the course you want to do.

eta. It's also worth asking the college directly - I also get a bursary from the university which helps.

I'd speak to the college :nod: Some have creches where you can get heavily subsidised childcare.
