I had an email arrive today, claiming to be from UPS and stating they have a parcel in their system on the way to me, and supplies a download for you to track.
I thought this rather strange... surely you get a link to track or even more simply are given the tracking number, but I very nearly hit to download as being an avid internet shopper, I am expecting various parcels.
So I did a bit of research and the download is a trojan... DO NOT OPEN and Delete only!!
I had three of these yesterday and a UPS one last week too.
Luckily I didn't open them.
Bop
I had one yesterday, it said to open the attachment :happyno: .

There is also one claiming to be from inland revenue saying you are due a tax rebate asking you to do the same
have had loads of them. Since (by a strange miracle) I *hadn't* actually ordered anything, i was suspicious! Bet they get heaps of people that way .

Me too.. loads of them. I'm a SAHM and have been for 16 years. I don't pay tax and they certainly don't have my email details!
And Lloyds TSB is pretty relentless in my junk mail at the moment.
But the UPS one was new to me and really nearly got me!
