Hot Tubs??????

We're going away for the weekend & the cottage where we're staying has a Hot Tub - I mentioned this to a colleague this morning & she said 'of course you won't be able to go in it because of the baby'. Now I've never heard of this before - I've tried a search on the internet but am getting conflicting advice! Anyone able to help??

It's because of the increased risk of over-heating and fainting when you're pregnant, plus the fact that you're immuno-compromised and hot tubs tend to harbour germs.
