Not sure whether you got my email or are planning on replying to it, but I want to know if we can get together over a bottle of wine and talk about this. I hate all this emailing business, people take things the wrong way, or the opposite to how they were meant.

I haven't stopped thinking about all of this since I received your email, and I want to get it sorted. I don't want to end up losing you over it, you mean too much to me.

Nick's possibly going out on Friday night, and I wondered if you wanted to come over, we can have a drink and a chat, and talk about things.

So she didn't even get the berluddy email! :rolleyes: :doh: I do sometimes have issues getting emails to Hotmail from my Orange acct.

I do still feel I need to let her know the stuff I put in the email, so I guess I'll talk to her on Friday. :fingerscrossed:

I didn't reply to your erlier thread because i didn't have time, but it sounds like you will get things sorted much better over a glass of wine than by e-mail.

I thought her original one was her being caring, concerned about your friendship & trying to put it in the best way possible without offending (even though she did!)

I then thought yours was a wee bit harsh in some places so I am really glad for you that she didn't get it- because it may have caused more problems. I know you didn't mean it to be, probably anymore than she meant to be condiscending. I am just really really pleased that you can now say what you meant to say face to face. Your 2nd e-mail was lovely btw :wink:
