What to wear with this....

Girls, I spotted the topshop waistcoat on 'what have you bought' thread but it was sold out on Topshop website so had a quick look on ebay and managed to get this one, really pleased with it

I have similar and wear with a white tshirt, jeans/leggings and either a long necklace with some sort of pendant or a set of long chucnky coloured beads HTH
