You can add Statcounter to Blogger - www.statcounter.com It will tell you wear the hit has come from, how long they stayed, what page they exited on, etc.

Just register with www.statcounter.com (free) and it talks you through how to add it to the blog. Blogger is owned by Google so it does tend to rank quite easily in the search engines.

I use Google Analytics to see how many hits my blog gets. A nice widget to use as well is Flag counter (http://www.flagcounter.com/index.html) - as the name suggests, it shows the flags of the countries from which you get visitors.
