I now have my gorgeous bike, and against the odds I am bloody loving it! So therefore it is going to be my exercise of choice from now on, because I hate walking, can't run cos it hurts in too many places and can't get to a regular class of any kind cos of stupid shift work. Cycling is proving fab - accessible at the times I want to do it, free after the initial purchase of the bike, doesn't hurt the places that hurt with running (I'm talking about boobs and knees here!) and I don't think it's going to hurt my joints because there's no impact?
So I just wanted to recommend it to anyone who hasn't found their "thing" yet :nod: And it has the added bonus of being something I can do with dd which is good for both of us on many levels!
