I'm trying to crack down on daytime naps (again) as she gets sooooooo grumpy in the afternoons and does my noodle in :loco:

Anyway, she went down about 12.45, and to help her on her way, I have left my breastpump going :teehee: which seems to work, but every time I go up, she'll be fast asleep so I turn it off, and within ten minutes she wakes, cries, I go and turn it back on and she goes straight back off again.

Do I have to leave it on the whole time? She doesn't have anything like that at night.

Any advice? :flowers:

DD listens to Radio 5 Live at nap times, it's only on very quiet though, but works for her.

Oooh good ideas ladies, I don't want to wear out the motor on my pump :teehee:

I think I might buy a blind for her room too, it's very light in there :scratchchin: It doesn't help that my neighbour is a taxi driver so his car is coming and going every ten minutes right under her window, car door clamming, engine starting up etc

Why not just leave to radio on untuned?

I find that however Ivy falls asleep, the conditions need to remain the same or she wakes up. eg, if she falls asleep in the pram, she wakes when it stops.
