View Full Version : champagne cocktails?
I have four bottles of champagne in the fridge, but I don't actually like champagne that much
We have friends staying this weekend so I would like to drink some of it with them. I'm planning on making bellinis and kir royales but are there any other nice champagne based cocktails that anyone can recommend?
Thanks ladies :pour: :flowers:

Ok-quick look and no find the name!!
You get fresh strawberries and puree them, put a spoonful in the bottom of the glass after you have poured in the champagne and a fresh strawberry on top of the glass. can add some sugar around the rim of the glass to look pretty (dip the rim in lemon juice and then in sugar) and serve with a stirrer so guests can either stir it up or have all the strawberry in the bottom.
Can do any fruit you want by the way!!
Oh, and you can keep it cold in the glass by making up some ice cups of raspberries/cranberries.
