I know, this coming from the most incoherent, worst spelling Damsel!

I was flicking a magazine and thought 'ooh I wonder if I could write my story about x and submit it...'. A bit barking, yes . Just reading some stuff online about submitting / writing mag articles, but thought I'd ask the wise Damsels

TIA :flowers:

You're not remotely incoherent, Nicki! :happyno:

If you've got a specific article in mind, the best thing to do is just send it to relevant publications with a cover note, to pitch your ideas. If it's a very specialist subject, then you'll stand a much better chance of being published.

If you want someone to cast an eye over it when you've drafted something, feel free to get in touch -I'm a freelance writer/editor and would be more than happy to help if I can.

The only things I have ever had published were on the letters page

Are you sure sweetie? I'm sure I saw you in 'fit birds monthly' posing on a motorbike

Calypso, that is *so* kind, thank you! :flowers: I must admit when I posted that I could kind of hear what I'd write in my head, but I have forgotten since I posted that!  I might try and have a think later  :thumb:
