Its my nans birthday on the 28th of this month and we were meant to be going down next week to see her, so i was going to get her a present and card then although not sure what[B]

She phoned and asked how would we like it if she came here, she hasnt been to our house since we have been here its now 16 months and she is having a operation on her foot end of the month so it wouldnt be til next year she would get the chance to come up.....

Im quite excited actually as it will be nice for her to see our first house, she saw piccies of the state it was in when we first moved in so i think she will be shcoked ny how much it has come on

Rush now to try and get the bath in the bathroom so she can have a shower - paint the downstairs loo and make it useable so she doesnt have to struggle with the stairs every time she needs the loo, she will only have to come up at bedtime..

Rush on now also to get a matress as she will sleep on our bed, i guess this is the push we needed to get a new matress so i need to find one asap

[B]Gid ive gone on ANYWAY

I dont have a clue what to get her for her birthday, she has everything that she could need is quite hard to buy for and im really stuck, normally we give her a nice family photo of us or alfie but dont have any new ones or proffesional ones and i want to do something different this year just dont know what

Any suggestions

She has just started to learn to use the computer has just brought a laptop and printer for her photos etc and has just got connected the the internet and she will soon be taking lessons on how to use it all

& she loves cooking these are her main hobbies or will be

I know there is one at Hedge End. Near the marks and spencers/homebase and then theres probably one at portsmouth where toys r us are.

use the store finder here http://www.pcworld.co.uk/

Something for the computer would be good. How about a stash of stuff for doing photos? You could get some nice photo paper, some editing software so she can print her own.

Has she got a digital camera? You can get some quite good ones that aren't too expensive.
