And I don't mean to the jab itself, I know I'm not getting off that easily  :wik:
Following from Azana's post, I realised I was under the impression that pretty much all babies have some kind of a reaction after having the MMR, but I'm not sure how true that is.... So I wondered how many of you had seen a reaction, no matter how small, in your LO? Elise's is on Thursday, and I'm all set to have the eve off work if she's really unsettled and needs me.
I've sort of replied on my post - but like I said just 7 -10 days later when the mumps bit (I think) kicked in, so she was grizzly over a couple of days - at the weekend. The same evening as I recall she was fine.

Emma was fine - but she did have some teeth coming through the week after, I don't know if it was that or if she was under the weather after having it, but she was bit "off"

No reaction from Claire. The first 3 sets of jabs when she was tiny didn't produce a reaction either.

elizabeth had hers a few weeks ago. I had put it off for a week as i had expensive tickets for my first night out in months that night.
the HV told me that it is rare for them to react on the day and its usually about a week later. We did not notice any reaction at all that night or in any of the following weeks, its been more than 3 weeks now and we had nothing like a reaction at all

Eilis got a wierd rash about 7-10 days after her jab. Looked a bit like nettle stings, though tbh she wasn't so very bothered about it. I seem to remember someone else (fairly sure it was Minky) posting a wee while later that Lulah had had a similar thing.
Apart from the usual grumps, and the rash (that disappeared after a day or so), she was fine. I remember Connor having very little reaction at all.
