Im just wondering what you fellow slimmers have been eating?

B-small musli with skimmed milk
L-jacket spud with ww beans and a tiny bit of crubley cheese, a side salad.
S-low fat cherry yogurt
D-homemade parsnip, courgette, carrot and lentil soup with a pitta bread. (got one pitta and a samll bowl i might have in a bit as im hungry!)

B-Crunchy Nut Cornflakes
L-Crisp Sandwich and an apple
S-Another apple followed by a choclate moose
D-A pizza :oops:

B- bagel with low fat cheese slice, orange juice
L-pasta with a tomato sauce, 1tbsp parmesan, kiwi fruit
D-smoked haddock, new potatoes, carrots, sweetcorn, small scoop icecream :thumb:




While clearing out kitchen cupboards-Freddo choc bar, 2 mini dairy milks :no: :doh:

baguette with cheese and coleslaw
stripey donut
salt and vinegar twirls
scampi, chips and mashed swede and carrott and yorkshire pudding

I have a large glass of white wine left in the fridge (obviously its in the bottle) i best drink that now... or it might go off :lol:

So far today I've been really good.
B- cheerios
D- lentil and carrot soup(thanks Nay)
and 2 apples in between.
Not sure what tea will be, must have a mooch to see what I've got in. Possibly something with pasta, mushrooms and tomatoes:lol:

B rice crispies with ss milk
L hummous with carrot, cucumber and red pepper, pitta bread, packet of smoky bacon crisps
D corn on the cob with butter followed by bacon/roast veg/tomato sauce with tagliatelle
S Banana, apple, cornetto

Not the best day ever but not the worst either!

Oh god, here goes:
b- All Bran bar, 1 shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk
l - half a tin of tomatoes on a slice of buttered toast (don't know why I buttered it - don't usually for tomatoes!)
d - fish (Tesco breaded haddock), chips from chippy, mushy peas, buttered cob (or bread roll to most of you!). Mini Milky Way and Mini Mars. Slice of banana and walnut loaf.
Snacks: another slice of banana & walnut. Sultanas.

Is that it? I really can't remember.....

Oh, half a bottle of wine.

Confession over.:grin: And thoroughly ashamed of myself.:oops:

Today I have eaten/drunk

Rice crispies and ss milk
Egg mayo ciabatta
Apple, carrot, cucumber, raspberry Mr Freeze

Dinner will be chicken and brocolli and brown rice

B-1 slice of toast and peanut butter, oj and highlights hot choc
L-1.5 egg spanich omlette
S-Banana, tea with 2 sugars and another highlights hot choc

Not sure about dinner... or if i will have any.

L-lentil dahl with chapati
D-coldren sausage casserole with sweet potato mash and steamed veg.
Pud-ww recipe baked apples with cream fraise
Snacks-soya chocolate milk, highlights hot choc.

Today have had

Sultana bran flakes with semi skimmed milk
Chicken fahita wrap and bag of nik naks
Piece of M&S cake (someone's leaving do at work)
Pasta with bacon, onions and a little grated cheese

I left my healthy lunch at Jack's nursery this morning so it was a bit of a weird day, I think about 23 ww points :scratchchin:

Pud-homemade cheesecake :oops: (only a tiny bit though!)
