i feel sick - nerves?

Very odd, I've just come over extremely nauseous and feel like i may be sick, quite dizzy too. I have a hospital appointment this afternoon so I'm guessing it must be nerves, although I haven't been consciously worrying about it.

Surely nerves can't be making me feel THIS sick?

Feeling nervous can make you physically sick, it's all to do with the fight or flight response and extra hormones coursing round the body.

Hope all went ok and you're feeling better now.

Thanks - I feel better now its over, although really, really bunged up in the bowel area - I seem to go the opposite to loose when stressed, which is sooooo odd!
