Good news and bad news from the docs

I got my scan results back and I have the all clear. I do not have cirrhosis or cancer of the liver. Nor do I have gall stones. Hurrah!

However, I have been told in no uncertain terms that I have to lose weight. I am so bad at losing weight and only ever managed it when I was starving myself to get into my wedding dress.

I will be along to the diets forum in a while and work out how best to do it.

You will get lots of good advise and support on the diet forums. Have you thought about weight watchers? Its the only diet I have tried where I dont feel like I'm missing out on things or starving myself. Its worth a try...
