I've been putting this off for ages as I've not felt up to it, but I got my workout kit out last night, my Davina DVD is there, it's only a half hour work out, and I always feel great after. I also have a bath run ready, and Elise is asleep.

Yay well done Suzie i think after you have done excersise it always make you feel good i went back to the gym today and had a good session, im back there again tomorrow too...
