I love these nights, very cheesy but
I admit I find the 'clips' incredibly difficult to watch. In my world every child is well looked after and loved, but this brings home the awful reality. I make myself watch it (I'm a head/sand kinda girl) but have already had a few

Watching - and have donated.
I've never found the clips easy to watch but since having DD I just can't watch them at all without  .
I have sponsored a colleague who has lost over a stone in 6 weeks - he's raised over £1000 in sponsorship and our company has matched it, well done him!

My colleagues and I organised a coffee and cake morning, my MIL (a pro-cake maker) made a brilliant red nose cake that we raffled (and the guy who won it donated it to the kids ward at the hospital :lurve: ) we raised about £400 which I'm so chuffed with.
My dad was here earlier for dinner and I was telling him about what we'd done (should have known better, him being a racist bigot) and he got on his high horse about most of the money going overseas etc. I know it's his 'generation' but :hissyfit:

We are watching.
Me and neil have raised £85 with not smoking for 12hrs today. Kyle had to take money into school for going in funny clothes so took a fiver, then we bought noses/books/whoopie cushions/jammie dodgers lol

I've liked the clips (if "like" is the right word... what I mean is they've been good and made me want to donate rather than showing the same clip over and over)....
Not thinking much to the comedy so far... :meh:
Looking forward to the dancing tomorrow.

I'm watching and literally breaking my heart over the clips - devastating. It makes me realise just how lucky we are

I have been watching and sobbing!
I have to say its not been that funny.... but Smithy made me LOL  :thumb: finally some real comedy!
I am recording it as I have to be able to fast forward through the clips I literally end up in floods of tears.
I haven't donated yet but I will.

Smithy had me in fits, fantastic!!!
32.8 million raised so far, amazing. We've donated this evening, and also donated the climbers - every little helps and if we can save just 1 child then I can sleep well tonight
DH has had to hold me back from donating more.
We've been a bit upset tonight over the floor but this really puts live in perspective. Between nursery, and our respective work places we've donated loads today but I wish I could do so much more...

I can't even do anything on the website. I got all my details in and then that "internet explorer cannot display the webpage" thing. I assume it didn't go through. I can't even get that far again now.

i am watching too, in my comic relief madonna tshirt, may i add . And i too am crying at the clips.
We raised nearly £500 at work today by doing a cake sale, dress down/wear your pjs day, raffle and tombola. I am over the moon as i helped organise it.
It brings home how lucky we are. I know times are hard at the moment, and i think it is just fantastic how many millions the country has raised.
Does anybody else think that gary barlow look really really shattered?

Fern Britton looks pretty fine. I love her dress. I thought Smithy was fab. And loved Islands in the Stream, although everytime I see Nessa I am convinced she is me
