I have been rubbish for the past two months. I have lost 22llbs since Jan and for the past two months have fluctuated losing 1lb putting it back on.

I have decided to give it a rest until next week (having a girlie weekend so won't be able to count my points).

From Monday I am going to start again, full on.

I have decided that for every 1lb I lose I will put £10 away. Once I have lost 7lbs I will have some money to treat myself to something nice!

What do you do?

I love that idea Supersonic , because after loosing all the weight you will need loads of fab new clothes ( smaller)
. I think I will try something similar after I give birth  OH has already said I can have some of the savings to buy a new wardrobe of clothes when I get back to normal .

I've had incentives for certain amounts of weight loss. For example, when I reached my first 10% goal I treated myself to a skirt that I'd been eyeing up for weeks. When I hit the same weight that I was when I got pregnant (a couple of weeks ago) I got my hair chopped and coloured (new look me!! ).

When I reach my next 10% goal I am intending to have a make up lesson, something I've wanted to do for ages and it will help with my new image!

And finally, when I reach my final target weight, I'm going to have a tattoo done!

I've found that having something to aim for has really helped

Lillybet, when I reach my goal, I want to get a bellybutton ring. Was thinking about a tattoo too!!

I buy clothes as reward. Initally, I thought I'd take my clothes in and wear some of the ones that haven't fitted me for a while, but it was boring so I donated them to charity instead and I buy new ones. Also, if I see a real bargin, end of season things that are recued by up to 90%, I will buy it one size smaller. Then as I fit into my clothes, when they start becoming big I have to donate them again. I've no time for ebay ect. I'm not keeping anything that's too big because I never want to have the "fat option/put on a bit of weight" in my wardrobe again!

My incentive now to lose the last of the weight i need to 8-10lbs is because end of October we are going clothes shopping and going to buy literally a whole new wardrobe, im fed up of the clothes i have and had had since last year, so there being bined.

I want to lose the last of the weight so i can get a decent pair of jeans that fit me instead of them beijg to saggey round the ass or the legs, im also going to soend quite a bit on 2 pairs of jeans instead of buying the normal £25/30 ones which just dont sit right!

I want to lose these lbs as then i wont have to worry about thinking well in a few months i might lose x amount so is it worth buying them as once i have lost the lbs i want il be happy

I have just over 6 weeks

That sounds like a really good idea. I don't really have any incentives and am really rubbish at sticking to healthy eating. I might give that a try though as I really need to lose a few pounds.

Chelseaharvey, don't bin your old clothes, donate them to the poor. I do this as I don't have much $$ to donate to other causes.

I need to lose another stone by November otherwise I'm in trouble. I donated all my "i fit ignome/am baggy on ignone" clothes and have a few bottoms only and really need to get into one jacket and a pair of jeans...and so far, have had a bad week. Am going out saturday night, luckily I don't drink so am going to have an extremely low points lunch and also go for a walk in the morning...and saving a few points today although thats pretty pointless since I was over yesterday by about 17 points  got stuck into the custrad tarts and biscuits and chochlate at work
