Ooh how exciting what sort of cat is it? Poor thing losing its mum, you definitely couldn't leave it on its own. Good luck with the introduction, we've always introduced kittens to our older ones and they seem to know it's a youngster and aren't too bad with it. Having said that our 3 still have skirmishes now and again and they are all well past kitten stage! Post a picture when you have the chance.

Well, I went to get the kitten last night (little ginger fluff ball and soooo cute) and his three brothers were still there and one in particular is really close to my ginger boy so.........

I ended up taking him as well:ellie: :ellie: OH was slightly bemused but they play so well together and as I pointed out to OH, they are great company for each other and will make the settling in period much easier.

As you can imagine Buster and Trinnie were not amused in the slightest. Buster growled and spit and Trinnie has not come downstairs since:rolleyes: The ginger one spent most of last night sleeping in the pet carrier but his brother who is black and white is COMPLETELY mad and did not stop for five hours solid. My handbag got the worst of it:lol: He actually starting squaring up to Trinnie which was so not a good move. He has no fear and I can see him being a complete trouble maker when he is older. He would fall asleep for about 30 seconds beside me and then as soon as he heard a noise or us talking he springs back to life in case he is missing out on something. Talk about curiosity killing the cat. This morning we had them in the downstairs toilet (its wheel chair accessable so really big) and OH had to do a walk through of the house with Buster and Trinnie in his arms to prove that there was no big bad wolf cat waiting to eat them, before they would eat their breakfast:rolleyes: I can see this being fun and games over the next few weeks. Its so worth it though, giving two kittens a new lease of life and making them safe and warm. I :lurve: my new kittens. Pictures on the way as soon as they sit still long enough for me to take one!

ETA: We need some help in naming our two new recruits. We tried Liam and Noel last night (Oasis) but it just doesnt suit them. Starsky and Hutch didnt work either. Can anyone think of any double acts that would suit our two new boys?
