Dora I am a very light sleeper, and a few months ago I went through a stage of waking every couple of hours.
I started taking Nytol, and that helped.
Can I also suggest, when you do get the night off, maybe wearing some ear plugs :wik: At least then you can have a quiet night. I use them now when DH is snoring and it is wonderful :)

I went through a phase like that last year, an Aromatherapist recommended using Lavender but I don't like the smell of it. She then said I could give Frankinsense a try instead. I had to put about 4 or 5 drops of oil in a burner that was half filled with water and put it in the bedroom for a couple of hours before I went to bed.
The first night that I did this was amazing, I slept like a log
I use it regular now, whenever me or hubby can't sleep. It's works a treat!
