Evening all
This morning I had a tiny amount of stretchy CM, I don't generally get any so I never rely on it for proof of ov.

Tonight over the last couple of hours I've started getting an uncomfortable feeling in my lower stomach just off centre almost as if I have pulled a muscle. It aches a bit and also twinges quite alot particulalry if I get up off the sofa or bend over. I'm getting a little stabbing pain in the equivalent place but on the back too.

My last cycle was 35 days and am on cd19. I've never had ovulation pains before - ever, so have no reference point. Could this be ov pains?

Either way DH has had his orders for tonight :teehee:!!!

oh yes, it's a recognised thing, It's just that I've never experiened them before. If it it then it gives me some hope for conceiving again (not that I want people to say yes it is just to make me feel better!) and that my cycles might eventually be sorting themselves out :fingers:

Oh janice it definitely sounds like ov pain to me, your description is exactly what I get......this month I've been charting and I had ov pain and ewcm for 3 days, seemingly ov'ing on the 3rd day - on that day I just knew for sure that I was ov'ing, my chart confirmed it!

get jiggy tonight

I get it occasionally. For me it's a slight pain and noticeably to one side or the other

I had ov pains for about 8-10 years. When they first started to happen I went to the docs and he prescribed me a laxative - I'm not with that surgery anymore!

I don't know if all ov pains are the same, but mine started dull and developed into a stabbing pain. I must have only ov'd on 1 side as they were always on my rhs. Sometimes they were so bad that I would be in agony (literally bent double in pain) if I stood up after sitting on the sofa for a while. It certainly sounds like ov pain Janice. Good luck!

Morning all! I did an OPK on the off chance before I went to bed last night and again for the first time ever I got a positive OPK!!! Wow, something has certainly switched on in the old ovaries, possibly the metformin which makes all the sickness worth it. DH stepped up to the mark last night and again this morning so I am a happy bunny! He'll kill me if he sees this :teehee:!

Yes, that's right. I have PCOS and last year I had a total of 19 AFs and only 2 cycles were ovulatory :sigh: so having a little cm, ov pain and a +ve OPK all at once is a pretty new experience for me!!

I'm generally quite pessimistic about getting pg but at least my cycles might be sorting themselves out
