To cover my maternity leave we (our family business) have decided to take someone on to do general admin work in our office, in addition to the lady we already have working for us but are not sure what to pay per hour, I need to place an advert at the job centre pretty sharp as Im starting mat leave in Dec and need someone ASAP! The lady we have is on £9.25 an hour but she practically runs the office and has been with us since day 1. Would you say £7 an hour would be reasonable? Any advice appreciated! :flowers: (oh they would be working about 3-4 hours a day, 4 or 5 days a week)
