Me and OH have applied for a remortgage. We have found a deal where we can release £10k and pay £50 less per month than we are now.

He works full time, and I am on mat leave, but on full pay until october 10th when I will go to stat mat pay.

I have given them my annual salary £15k  but am wondering if my situation will affect things.

It has been agreed in principle, but shall I hide the baby stuff when the valuer comes around? Shall I ask a mate to be here when the valuer comes round? It is very, very obvious that I am heavily pregnant!

We have been asked if we have any dependent children, I said no cos at present we haven't!

What do you reckon?

Not sure if this is anyway similar, but we were in an horrendous position when our tie in term ran out last May.
April was the last month of my stat. mat pay (the £100/w) bit, and OH had just lost his job. BUT, April is annual salary review for work for me, so I had my letter stating i had "X payrise and X bonus and my new annual salary for 2006-2007 would be £XK's" it didn't say anything about me going part time. So we just used that, and had DH as being a househusband. I went back tO WORK IN JUNE.
