I posted a while ago about finding a fab house but having concerns about a potential bypass being built :doh: well after a LOT of research we have decided it's far enough away not to bother us, and any building work (which hasn't been approved), won't start for 10yrs+ the project is currently declined.
So, we've had some negotiation in the past couple of days and finally an offer accepted. They said someone was viewing tomorrow, but i suspect that was lie to put the pressure on us.
They're including the home entertainment system inc. mahoosive plasma telly :ellie: :ellie: :ellie:
