I used to and they killed me!! My bottom just isn't built for those bikes, even with a special padded seat I had!!!! They are meant to be fabulous exercise though, well done you!!!

its an exercise class were you are something very simmilar to a stationery bike but more complicated it has different resistances on it. the class invovles cycling at varying speeds at different resistances or levels either standing up, squating (as much as you can squat on a bike:grin: )and seated. its bloody hard work but i have to admit i did enjoy it but my bums sore:teehee: :teehee: not much padding on the seats:scratchchin: .

I really miss spinning . I was sick at my first ever class I worked that hard
I cant wait to get back into them , but I suspect it will take a long while
Your bum does get used to it , but I bought a gel seat cover and it makes so much difference. You will notice a difference in your fitness really fast if you keep going .

poor you.

i know what you mean about the sick though. i thought i was going to be at one point but though i was being a wuss:lol:. i am going to try and keep going because i did enjoy it despite my sore bum:oops:

The sore bum is the worst. I have a naturally large bum (whether the rest of me is fat or not!) and I find biking excruciating!! I am sure I'm just not built for it!

Keep it up Choco - you're doing well to have survived the first class - it will be a breeze from now on!
