Weird head pain

Since Thursday I've had a weird pain in the back of my head at the base on the right. Sometimes it is really painful and hurts to move my head/neck but sometimes it's gone completely and then other times it is just a niggling pain!?

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? :huh:
