I have to say i can't stand that smell. If the dog is toileting in the house then youre going to need to make sure the area is cleaned really well with non biological washing powder solution. If its more of a general smell then i would make sure their bedding is clean and washed, and if theyre allowed on the furniture, consider steam cleaning it, and then ceasing to allow them up there.

Oust is also very good at disguising smells, but it won't actually get rid of the smell if its ingrained in teh house somewhere.

it's more of a general smell because if the dog does go to the toilet in the house it's cleaned up asap and throughly cleaned too!! she doesn't go in the house very often anymore as she's getting better.

my house is very clean i clean everything regularly and the dogs bedding is cleaned once/twice a week. I can't always smell it but sometimes I just smell dog and can't stand it. I also hate the smell too!!

Do you have carpets? They can get that ingrained pet smell if they lay around in the house.

we've upstairs carpets but none downstairs. Like I said I cant always smell it and my friends have come in (their brutally honest) and they reckon they can't smell it either. maybe it's just when she's in the room.

we had a bad smell due to spilt milk in our house and with a mix of shake and vac and oust we eliminated it!
