....i.e. chocolate...what is your LO addicted to?
Leila atm cannot get enough of satsumas, I swear she'd consume about 10 on the trot!
I peel the skin off for her then she breaks them up into segments, puts them out on the table, counts them up and then shovels them in
And Ruby, my eldest is addicted to prawns atm, after 3 odd years of point blank refusing them she's now seen her sister eating them and can't get enough of them!
What is your LO mad about?
Squeaker

Pretty much any food but especially grapes. Though the other day he directed me to the fridge for, what I thought was, his daily grape fix and he shook his head at everything except the jam jar. He then directed me to the bread and indicated that what he actually wanted for his dessert was a jam sarnie. He did exactly the same the next day with my mum but has been firmly back on grapes since.
Strange boy.
Raspberries and red grapes they both cannot get enough of them. I have to hide them in the fridge so that they last longer than one day.
Also pancakes and chocolate brioche they both love these as well.
Real food doesn't get much of a look in, in my house I am afraid. But at least they like fruit

Grapes are a big hit with both of mine.
The one thing that they will both eat in embarrassing quantities (second only to Pom Bears ) are olives - the more flavoured the better :loco:
Cheese is another thing you can guarantee they'll both hoover. Not necessarily in a sandwich (Little M is still mostly on his Atkins diet ) but just plain cheese.

Grapes and cheese, he loves cheese. He's recently got a bit of a thing for toast with pate. He's just startig his strawberry season too  (he only likes them at around this time to end of season)
The small one loves wedges of roasted sweet potato most of all and rice pudding is the only thing he'll actually be fed (he thinks being fed with a spoon is mental) but then he's not a toddler so I guess it doesn't count

Keira is the babyworlds biggest pea fan - she literally hoovers them!
Fin and Freya have just become obsessed with eggs - fried, baked, poached, boiled - mainly anything with a runny yolk, but hard boiled go down well too. We've just come out of a gravadlax stage too (without the tangy sauce) and porridge with raspberries is the perenial breakfast fave.

Grated cheese, not slices of cheese or cubes etc, if its gratd he will gobble the lot, as DP found when he was making his sarnies for work the other day, turned round and the bowl of cheese was half empty.

Bread sticks and any kind of legume - but especially peas, broad beans and edamame beans.
Last time we were in Wagamama's these two ladies were howling with laughter at Ruben delicately picking up edamame beans and shoveling them in at a rate of knots.

crikey where do i start :puzzled:
Kaede will eat:
raisins; breadsticks, rice cakes, grapes, strawberries, hot cross BONES  , chilli, chicken wings and yoghurt til it's coming out of her ears right now. oh....and dippy biscuits (rich tea) and boy am i in trouble tomorrow morning when she realises I've run out
And Nate like little M Katkinn appears to be on an atkins diet too  driving me mental :hissyfit:
Cucumber - can't blame her I love it too.
Cheese - large slices of mature cheddar, or the other week I saw her take a chunk from the block as she was helping me grate it. Oh and cream cheese.
Fish - any kind, anyhow, well I hope so anyway as I'm going to try and make fish balls tomorrow.
Pasta, plain.
And recently dippy eggs.
Other things come and go - oranges, plums, tomatoes, garlic sausage, bagels, malt loaf that I can think of....oh yeah and sometime bananas, but I hate it when she gets into a banana phase as she'll eat 5 in one day and they give her bad tummy troubles.
My problem is, that she'd rather eat her preferred faddy food for the day than anything else. So I just give her what I've planned and hope that she'll attempt it (she rarely does).
Daniel on the other hand is currently pear mad.

Oh, and tea- I'm sure she's addicted to tea (best served very milky, in her own cup, after breakfast  ).
Tea is addictive though-
Coffee, tea, chocolate and other food and drink have an effect on us because they contain the chemical Caffeine.
It is found naturally in tea leaves.
Caffeine is an addictive drug,
it enhances awareness, keeps us awake,
our heart rate increases and our muscles tense up.
Unless you mean green tea!

I reckon she's unlikely to get too addicted on a couple of inches of pale brown milk:lol:
Having a pedantic moment though - some of the japanese green teas can have more caffeine than "normal" tea, in fact they can contain the same amount of caffeine as a can of coke.

black olives (she hoovered them all up at my Gran's party on Saturday night...much to the amusement of the adults there)
chicken drumsticks (not a bit of flesh left on the bone)
BKx
It does change over time of course, but currently the big hits in our house are:
Adam - Muller Fruit Corner yoghurts and french stick (no butter or anything, just the bread). That is actually pretty much his diet atm
Laura - fish fingers & waffles, jacket potato with cheese and beans (those are the only two meals she EVER asks for  ), and Organix animal-shaped biscuits (the ones with no sugar in, only grape juice :yuck:  )
They had a HUGE fruit phase a month or so ago - spent a fortune in strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, satsumas and peas - but that seems to have passed for now!

I've just introduced Will to grapes and raisins and he cannot get enough. He sits in his highchair, pointing to the fruit bowl screaming "iiiiiiissssssssss". Bang goes any other food - just grapes and raisins :teehee: Still, it could be worse I suppose!
The big things at the minute are raisins, and rice cakes. At dinnertimes his favourite is spaghetti bolognese, or he really likes pork, and carrots.
It's nice to see so many children liking their fruit!

Grapes. She opens the fridge, pulls out the punnet and gives it to me. Often I have a small bowl of ready chopped grapes for her to take.
Milk. The other day she struggled to carry a full 6 pinter of milk from the fridge in to me in the sitting room! Her face was bright red from exertion, poor kid:lol:  :faint:
