Does anyone else still get it, even though they don't go to work?

Yesterday I schlepped about, just about managed to change the beds and really just pratted about on here for most of the day  . Culminating in eventually putting the clean sheets on my bed about 5 minutes before I got into it.

Today, by comparison I have hoovered throughout, mopped the sitting room, kitchen and hallway, given both bathrooms a real good clean, washed/dried and folded 2 loads of washing, been to the supermarket and am about to make a cake

So is it just me, or is there anyone else that really can't get their finger out on a Monday?

actually Monday's are usually quite good days for me, but then I've always had shift work jobs and only once had a nine to five mon-friday job, so perhaps I'm not used to it?

I actually like being OH free again, sometimes he gets on my nerves at the weekends

I actually love Monday mornings now :loco: I am happy to have the house back to myself again and I go to a fitness class at 9.30 so I'm up and out early, which helps me get a kick start. I think without that I'd be a bit more down though, it really helps me

:happyno: don't suffer from that 'Monday morning feeling ' now as I don't 'go' out to work so that obviously helps :teehee:
