ok, so we havent been doing brilliantly with the "100 sit ups a day" challenge.
Iv been reading a few health/diet websites and they varey abit but most say that we need to drink atleast 2 litres of water day.
Iv been trying to have my 2lt while im at work**. iv filled up a litre bottle and have one bottle in the morning and one after lunch (but before 4oclock cos i dont want to be needing a pee on the bus!)
Iv managed this for 4 days so far. Anyone want to join me?
**i do drink when im at home obv, but i dont seem to feel thirsty so i have to remind myself to drink. thats why im doing most of it at work. And for the toilet breaks aswell!
  can i please join you in your quest. im the same i do try and drink my two litres but usually forget. i will try to do the same 1 litre in the morning and the same in the afternoon.good luck

This is so worth it - ever since the hot weather started I have been drinking loads of water. My skin, which was in pretty good nick anyway - has so improved. It goes to show it wasn't in as good nick as I thought! I have for the first time since ooooh - 1980something - not been wearing foundation - just a bit of powder and blush and lots of frineds have asked if I have a new foundation on and which one is it as my skin looks so fab.
I cannot recommend this enough - I cannot believe the difference it has made. If I had known I would have done this years ago!

Fluffball, why not try them waters with a hint of flavour?
Can I join in too?
I'm drinking loads of the Sainsbury's/Waitrose carbonated water with a hint of lemon. It's luscious and feels like a real treat!

I have been good recently :ellie:
I think I have drunk about 2 litres today so far
Edited to add: I used to not like pure water but since drinking it recently I now only like to drink water on its own. It dos help that the water in our area is yummy from the taps

I managed my 2lts at work today, i can only drink water when its nice and cold tho, so i fill the bottle up before i leave work at night so its freezing the next day.

I hate the taste of water its so bland and i struggle to drink it unless im at the gym and sweating like a pig!!
Id struggle with this and trying to drink it at home instead of juic or coke, or even a pint of it, it would prob last me all day
ok so i didnt manage to drink my two litres per day over the weekend:no: but have started to drink again today currently onto 2nd litre. i feel so much better for drinking it.

Ohh I'll join in too. I find the best way is to fill a big jug with iced water and a few chunks of lemon/lime - just that little bit of flavour makes it so much more drinkable. My skin has played up a bit in the heat so hopefully this will help.
oh sparkly might give the fresh lemon and lime a try sounds refreshing. ive drank my two litres for today:nod: :thumb: so will try it tomorrow.
